I just attended to a CodeGear European Developer Days session about the upcoming CodeGear Ruby / Ruby on Rails IDE and took the chance to get some info about the product. The product will be based on Eclipse and is completely developed inhouse. That’s very good news having in mind all the troubles around the Delphi for PHP product which was developed by Qadram and is currently only marketed by CodeGear.
